1. Scope of these terms

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the LastRank website at lastrank.fun ("LastRank", "the site", "we"). By browsing any page, you accept the terms below. If you disagree with any provision, please do not use the site.

2. What LastRank is

LastRank is a free, public, fan-operated reference site that aggregates and republishes weekly snapshots of leaderboards that are already publicly visible inside the mobile game Last War: Survival. We add comparison, search, sort and historical charting features on top of those public snapshots so that data can be inspected across all ~2,200 active game servers from a single browser tab.

The site is purely informational. Nothing on LastRank affects gameplay, account state, or any in-game outcome.

3. Not affiliated with FunFly

Last War: Survival is a registered product of FunFly. LastRank is an independent third-party fan site and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or in any way partnered with FunFly, its parent companies, employees, contractors or official community channels.

All in-game names, alliance abbreviations, ranking categories and other game-derived terminology referenced on the site are used solely to identify publicly-displayed in-game entities and remain the property of their respective owners. Use here is for editorial reference under fair use principles; no claim of ownership is asserted.

4. Data presented "as is"

All statistics, rankings, history charts and comparison numbers are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of accuracy, completeness, timeliness or fitness for any particular purpose. Game servers update at their own cadence; our snapshots reflect the data as it was at the moment of collection.

We exclude, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, all warranties, conditions and other terms which might otherwise be implied by statute, common law or the law of equity.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use LastRank only for lawful, personal, non-commercial reference. You agree not to: (a) attempt to scrape, mirror or republish the data without prior written consent; (b) interfere with the operation of the site, including by automated requests at a rate substantially above human browsing; (c) use any information obtained from LastRank to harass, dox, threaten or otherwise harm any player; (d) use the site in any way that would violate the Last War: Survival in-game terms of service.

Reasonable individual API consumption for personal projects is welcome; if you plan to build something on top of our data please get in touch first.

6. Intellectual property

The site design, code, copy, taxonomy, charting components and editorial guides are © 2025–2026 the LastRank operators, all rights reserved, except where individual files state a different open source license.

Reproduction of editorial guides and the privacy/terms pages requires prior written permission. Reproduction of in-game statistics is permitted with attribution to LastRank and a link back to the source page.

7. Takedown and account removal

If you would like your in-game display name, your alliance entry, or any historical record associated with you removed from LastRank, send an email from any address to [email protected] with your in-game name and server number, or your LastRank profile ID. We will mark the record suppressed within a few business days. Suppressed records are not re-imported.

If you believe content on the site infringes a third-party right (copyright, trademark, personality right), please send a substantiated notice to the same address; we will review and respond promptly.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LastRank and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the site, the data it presents, or any third-party advertising served on it.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under your local law.

9. Third-party links and advertising

Pages may link to external sites and may display advertisements served by third-party networks such as Google AdSense. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices or accuracy of any external site or advertisement. Your interactions with external sites and advertisers are governed by their own terms.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the site evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top and announced on the homepage for a reasonable period. Continued use of the site after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of São Paulo, SP, Brazil, except where mandatory consumer-protection rules of your place of residence apply.
