Frequently asked questions
Quick answers about LastRank — what it is, how it works, and how to use it.
What is LastRank for?
LastRank gives a global, side-by-side view of Last War rankings — alliance and player stats — so leaders, members and curious players can compare progress across servers and stay competitive. Alliance leaders also use it to track how each member evolves over time.
How do I use it?
Open the Alliances or Individual sections to browse global leaderboards. Click any alliance to see its members, country breakdown and stats. Click a player to see their profile and current ranking positions. The Stars section ranks who grew the most over a chosen period — by power, hero power or kills.
How much does it cost?
Completely free. We cover hosting and development with light, non-intrusive ads on the page. If you'd like to chip in for a coffee or help with server costs, see the Buy me a coffee link in the footer — but it's never required.
Which servers are supported?
All of them, in any region. There are no restrictions — we add servers to the public board as their data becomes available.
Which languages does LastRank support?
The UI is fully translated to English and Portuguese (Brazil), with a language toggle in the footer. In-game player and alliance names are shown exactly as set by the player — they appear in whichever script the player chose. The site interface, navigation, FAQ, About and policy pages are all localised; the underlying data is the same for both languages.
Does it work on mobile?
Yes. LastRank is fully responsive — it works in any modern browser on phone, tablet or desktop. There's nothing to install.
What does "Power" mean?
Power is the overall strength score the game assigns to your account. It folds together your military buildings, troop counts, hero levels, research and equipment into one number. The Power leaderboards show this aggregate for individual commanders or, when summed across members, for entire alliances. Higher Power doesn't always mean better tactics — it means more raw assets — but it's the metric the game itself highlights most prominently in profile screens.
What is THP / Hero Power?
THP (Total Hero Power) is the sum of every hero you own, weighted by level, stars and gear. Unlike base Power, THP tracks specifically how invested you are in your roster — a player can have modest building Power but a huge THP because they focused on a specific hero. Hero Power leaderboards highlight commanders who optimise heavily for that, which usually matches well with PvE performance and combat efficiency.
How are kills counted?
Kill counts come straight from the in-game ranking screen — the exact number the game shows for each player's all-time eliminations. We don't recalculate or estimate. Alliance kills are summed from member values at the time of each refresh, so they may briefly trail individual numbers between cycles.
What is the "Stars" page?
Stars ranks who grew the most over a chosen period — 7, 14 or 30 days. Instead of asking "who's biggest right now?", it asks "who's climbing fastest?". This surfaces rising commanders before they break into the global top 100 and helps alliance leaders spot the most-active members regardless of total power. You can switch the metric between Power, Hero Power and Kills.
What are the 5 ranking categories?
We surface every public leaderboard the game exposes: Alliance Power, Alliance Kills, Player Power, Player Kills, and Player Hero Power (THP). Combined, they tell different stories — Power covers raw assets, Kills covers PvP/PvE engagement, and Hero Power reveals roster investment. Browsing all five gives a much richer picture than any single ranking by itself.
How do I find a specific player?
Use the Search button in the navigation. Type any part of an in-game name, alliance tag or server number and hits appear instantly. If you don't find a player, they may have changed their name recently, transferred to a server that hasn't refreshed yet, or be below the visible ranking thresholds. Try the alliance page or wait for the next refresh.
How do I find my alliance?
Open Alliances or go to your specific server via Servers. The alliance tag is the four-letter or shorter code shown in-game next to names. If your alliance is below the global top of its server, drill down by clicking the server and choosing the Alliance Power or Kills leaderboard for the full list.
Why isn't my data up to date?
Each server refreshes roughly once per day. If your number doesn't match what you see in-game, it usually means the next cycle hasn't run yet for that server. We display the timestamp of the last successful refresh on most pages. Heavily merged shards or newly opened servers can take an extra cycle or two to stabilise.
What if I transferred servers?
Your entry will appear under the new server after the next refresh of that server. The old entry typically remains visible until the source server's next cycle removes it (usually 1–2 days). The site uses your account's unique identity to track you across transfers — your historical Stars data follows you to the new server.
How far back does data go?
We start collecting from the moment a server is added to monitoring. For servers covered since early 2026 we have months of daily snapshots. The Stars/Evolution page uses recent snapshots to compute growth over 7, 14 and 30-day windows. Older snapshots are kept for trend analysis but aren't fully exposed in the UI — write to us if you need a specific historical query.
How is the data collected?
From publicly visible information inside the game — the same pages and screens any player sees. A small dedicated team plus simple tooling consolidate that data here so you can browse it in one place. We don't read anything that isn't already public to other players.
Is there a public API?
Not yet. The site itself is the public interface — every ranking page is shareable via a permalink and renders the same data we'd return from an API. If you have a legitimate use case (research, fan tool, alliance dashboard), email us and we can discuss read-only access.
Is this a bot or a hack?
No. LastRank is a read-only information site. It doesn't interact with your game account, never sends commands, and doesn't automate gameplay. Browsing LastRank has zero effect on what happens inside the game.
Can I get banned for using LastRank?
We never touch your game account — your credentials are never requested, received or stored. Visiting the site is the same as reading any fan blog or wiki: it's external information. We can't speak for the game's operator, but using a public ranking site shouldn't put your account at risk.
Can I suggest a feature?
Absolutely. We add new views and tools regularly based on what alliance leaders and players actually ask for. Send your suggestion to [email protected]; the more concrete the request (mockup, screenshot, use case), the better we can prioritise it.
I found a bug — what do I do?
Tell us. A short email to [email protected] with a description, the page URL, and (if possible) a screenshot is enough. Most bugs get fixed within a few days and the fix goes live on the next deploy. Time-sensitive issues (wrong rank, name visible after a takedown request) take priority.
How do I report a problem or request removal?
Email [email protected]. Whether it's a bug, an outdated number or a request to take your name off the public listings, we'll get back to you.
